More pros than cons, but still.

I enjoyed the super comfy bed and fine views. The staff were kind. Plus, it's just a short walk to local attractions!

The only downside was that some noise from nearby rooms interrupted my sleep occasionally.

Clean place with PARTICULARLY NICE view of the town. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Free parking on site provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Amazing and excellent location, in the beautiful historic center of Puebla. And near the Main Square as well as the rooftop " garden ".

We have booked double room with very good facilities. There were a safe, central heating, and an iron in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that...

A good experience with a veryvery comfy and tidy triple room, just a short walk from the historic center. The rooftop terrace was lovely, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout. It's a great base for exploring, with on-site parking, made things easy. The only downside was the noisy neighbors that occasionally interrupted our sleep, but everything else was good.

all the facilities are good, clean hotel, its location is favourable and amazing in the center. the staff is super-friendly and efficient, that's an advantage.

Excellent sized and newly furnished room and central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV inside. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Wonderful location in the safe area, very close to the beautiful historic center of Puebla, food places, and the rooftop " garden ". Smooth check-in and smooth check-out, lively staff.

Comfortable room, modern amenities, including strong air conditioning and a tv, made our stay enjoyable in a well-located hotel close to attractions and dining options.

The noise levels were unacceptable!!! Phones ringing in the middle of the night, children running rampant in the halls, and a frustrating wait for basics like an ironing board really took away from the experience.

The rooftop terrace offered fine views, and its décor was modern yet inviting were good. The staff ensured everything was accessible and comfortable.

Better lighting in the bathroom would help seniors.

The rooftop offered amazing views that were a highlight of our stay! The staff were accommodating. Our standard double room had a great layout and was spacious, providing comfort during our two nights there.

Clean, modern room with air conditioning, a desk, and a tv. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Onsite parking made it easy to explore. Rooftop terrace offered nice views. Staff was super helpful and polite.

The standard double room had a super comfortable bed, and the views were just amazing. The super nice team and friendly. It's conveniently located near the zocalo and many tourist attractions, perfect. I also enjoyed the 24-hour fitness center!

We spent the day at the SKY Bridge and the Puebla Golf Club-both were so much fun. After our adventures, we enjoyed a restful night in a clean and modern place. The staff was super helpful and on-site parking made everything easier. Definitely a great base for exploring! Highly recommend it.

Newly furnished rooms with a private bathroom. Great location right in the center. the easy access to the Buffet at Bellagio, just a short walk away from the hotel, was convenient for evening outings.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was newly renovated with a nice bathroom.
